AI Adoption · Academy.
The team leaves the day already using it.
It is not a tool class to configure later. Academy arrives with areas, documents, and Assistants ready. Immersion with day-to-day pain — in your final environment.
How Academy works
Teach the team — and deliver a running environment
Enablement for the whole cohort: how to use it right, who uploads knowledge to Aslam, how to work in a shared project. The outcome is the team using AI with method — not a course certificate.
Usage map
Before the day, we align who joins and what will be used.
- Which areas take part — HR, projects, sales, CS
- You can start smaller and expand in phases
Ready environment
We do not train so IT can configure the following week.
- Knowledge drawers already structured in Aslam
- Assistants ready for day-one questions
Immersion
One day with the team, in the practice of your operation.
- Real data: spreadsheet, meeting, customer, project
- Close support — questions answered on the spot
Shared project
The team learns to work in the same place.
- Topic files, chat, and artifact in Maestro
- Who reads, who edits — the same project share
Who teaches Aslam
Not everyone uploads documents — and that is design, not failure.
- HR, product, or whoever you designate feeds the drawer
- Everyone else queries with authorized context
30 assisted days
After the day, the team is not left alone.
- Assisted adoption: questions, usage, and progress with you
- You evolve: new Assistants, areas, and documents
Day 1
Train in the environment you will use tomorrow
Kickoff maps usage. On Academy day, areas and Assistants are already live. The team uploads the pain spreadsheet, creates the artifact in the project, and leaves using it — without asking IT to “configure later.”
- V1 ready before immersion
- Real cases on the same day
- After: 30 days of follow-up
On day 1, it's already working
Areas, documents, and Assistants ready — the team trains in the final environment
Areas in Aslam
HR Projects Sales CSWho uploads documents is agreed with you. Everyone else consults.
Ready Assistants
The team asks questions on day one. Later you create other Assistants and new drawers — V1 is already live.
What the team starts doing
Same page — chat, project, and artifact
Academy teaches the operations tooling: Maestro to work, Aslam for authorized knowledge, Assistants for role questions. No loose ChatGPT per person.
- Chat Team in Maestro
- Projects Topic + files
- Artifacts Material from the conversation
- Assistants Role questions
- Aslam Drawers by area
- Share Read or edit
- Spreadsheet Day-to-day pain
- Method Enable at Go Live
On the platform
Standalone offer — or the Enable step of rollout
When the door is “I want to prepare the company for AI,” Academy is the entry. When V1 is operations with Agents, it enters the Method: people make the change happen.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
What Academy is — without selling an LMS or a recorded course.
Both on the same day. We teach how it works and the team practices with real data, in the final environment. Areas and Assistants are already configured — it is not “now IT sets it up.”
No. We start with who will really use it. You can run a smaller first cohort and expand. Those who already adopted often pull the rest.
Yes. In Maestro the project has an owner, files, chat, and artifact. You choose who reads and who edits. It is the initiative share — not a private chat per person.
In Enable: train users and leaders before Go Live. On its own, it is the door for whoever wants to prepare the company for AI with Maestro, Assistants, and Aslam.
