Tooling · Maestro + Assistants.

The workspace where the team works with AI.

Not a ChatGPT per person. It is Maestro: chat, projects, files, and Assistants by role — the human starts, directs, and decides. Company context, not a loose prompt.

Knowledge solution

What is in Maestro

The same modules the team opens every day

Real platform menu: Chat, Assistants, Projects, Tasks, Artifacts, Gallery, Scheduled, and Memories. What is in the product — not a generic corporate chat.

Chat

The hub where work with AI happens.

  • Text, audio, PDF, spreadsheet, and image in the same composer
  • History, pinned chats, and a link to an AI Project

Assistants

Copilots by role — sales, CS, finance, contracts.

  • Identity: who I am, how to behave, instructions
  • Own Aslam areas; the team chats, admin configures
  • A new chat already enters that role — no loose prompt

Projects

A work folder with persistent context.

  • Chats, files, and links available across all project chats
  • Project instructions, memories, and Aslam adherence
  • Share with a person or area (public or private chats)

Tasks and scheduled

What Maestro took from the conversation and put in the queue.

  • User tasks from chat
  • Scheduled commands — the workspace is not only Q&A

Artifacts and gallery

Deliverables that come out of the conversation.

  • Sites, proposals, and mockups generated in the flow
  • Workspace image gallery

Knowledge

Aslam comes in as the source — Maestro consumes it.

  • Areas and documents per assistant and per project
  • Adherence: Strict / Balanced / Flexible
  • User memories and project facts

Assistant

Works with you — not in your place

The Assistant takes on the role identity and authorized knowledge. You start, direct, validate, and decide. It is not an autonomous Agent: it is a copilot in Maestro.

  • One Assistant per role, with its own Aslam
  • A Project brings files and instructions to every chat
  • If it is not in the knowledge base, the Assistant says so — it does not invent a deadline

In the workspace

What Maestro already receives and returns

Files in chat and in the project, Aslam knowledge, linked Telegram, artifact deliverables. The human stays in command.

  • Aslam Authorized knowledge
  • PDF Attachment in chat and project
  • Spreadsheets Analysis in the composer
  • Images Chat and gallery
  • Audio Message in chat
  • Telegram Linked account
  • Artifacts Proposal, site, mockup
  • Memories User and project facts

On the platform

Workspace first — Agents later

When the team uses AI without a standard, V1 is often Maestro + Assistants + Academy. Aslam comes in when official knowledge needs to be the source. Agents, when you are ready to delegate process.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What Maestro does — and what we do not mix with Agents.

No. It is a workspace: Chat, Projects, files, Assistants by role, and Aslam. The human starts and decides. People do not take their own prompt home.

Assistants work with the team, in Maestro. Agents take on parts of a process with rules and handoff. Often both coexist — they are not the same product.

The team lists and chats. Creating and editing identity and Aslam areas is an admin role — so the company standard does not fall apart.

Knowledge is the process (AI with company context). This page is the tooling: Maestro + Assistants. Aslam is the knowledge layer both use.

Next step

Which process in your company should work better with AI?

We start by understanding your process — not by pushing a product. We map the opportunity, define the V1 and show where humans, Assistants and Agents should act.
