Tooling · Agents.

The organization's workforce.

Not a copilot per person. It is an Agent per area: sales, support, and operations — orchestrated, with rules, systems, and handoff. The entire area now has someone who runs the process.

Area Agents — not scattered microbots

The same Agents from the product: Sagat in sales, Vega in support, Bizon in operations. Maestro orchestrates. The Assistant stays in Maestro, with the person; the Agent works for the area.

Sagat · Sales

The Agent for the sales area — inbound to CRM.

  • Qualifies, schedules, and logs the lead in CRM
  • Follow-up in the same area Agent, not a separate bot
  • Outbound (WhatsApp, email, SMS) when the company initiates

Vega · Support

The Agent for the CS area — first layer with an owner.

  • Ticket triage with authorized knowledge
  • Suggests a reply to the customer; draft for N3 when a human is needed

Bizon · Operations

The configurable Agent for the operations area.

  • Skills tied to the process: routine, system, internal request
  • The area no longer depends on the key person who “knows the flow”

Orchestration

Maestro reads intent and calls the area Agent.

  • It is not the person picking the right bot
  • It is the operation deciding who runs that process

Area channels

The area Agent speaks where the process already happens.

  • WhatsApp, widget, email, and SMS — depending on the Agent
  • Text and audio in sales; the process does not change owners

Handoff

The area executes; the human steps in on exception.

  • CRM, Flow, and Aslam in the same cycle
  • Guardrails and approval before Go Live — Method

Operations

Orchestrate the organization, do not stack chatbots

Each area has an Agent that owns the process. The orchestrator triggers the right one. CRM records, Flow makes it visible, Aslam authorizes what can be said. That is AI Operations — not one assistant per employee.

  • One Agent represents the area, not a person
  • The Assistant stays in Maestro, with the team
  • The human decides the exception; the Agent runs the rest

Where the area Agent works

Channels, systems, and the operations cycle

What the product already connects — without selling a generic suite of “autonomous agents.”

  • WhatsApp Inbound and outbound
  • Widget Site chat
  • Email Sales outbound
  • SMS First contact
  • CRM Lead and deal
  • Calendar Real availability
  • Aslam Authorized context
  • Flow Visible handoff

On the platform

The area executes — the rest of the platform holds the cycle

Operations is the process. Agents are who execute by area. Maestro and Assistants stay with the team. Aslam authorizes. CRM and Flow record and make it visible.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Area Agent versus personal Assistant — and what orchestration really does.

The Assistant works with the person, in the workspace: the human asks, validates, and decides. The Agent works for the area: it starts from an event or a channel conversation, runs the process, and hands off. Both coexist.

Follow-up, scheduling, and CRM logging are the same sales process — Sagat is the area Agent, not three chatbots. Operations uses Bizon with the skills for that flow. Less fragmentation, clearer ownership.

Maestro (the orchestrator agent) reads intent and triggers the specialized area Agent. It does not replace the Maestro workspace, where the team chats with Assistants.

Operations is the process design (routine, system, exception). This page is the tooling: the area Agents that run that process, orchestrated, with CRM, Flow, and Aslam in the cycle.

We start by understanding your process — not by pushing a product. We map the opportunity, define the V1 and show where humans, Assistants and Agents should act.
