Tooling · Flow.

Where people and AI coordinate the work.

Flow is the internal chat of the A3Labs operation: channels, DMs, agents, and the inbox from CRM and systems. It is not “another Slack” — it is where the team and AI see each other in the same flow.

What is in Flow

The same modules the team opens every day

Real FlowTalk menu: Channels, Notifications, Agents, Direct messages, and Notes. Organization chat — with the operation visible.

Channels

Public, private, or group — the team talks in the same design.

  • Members, search in the conversation, reply with quote
  • Channel webhook: the system posts an alert where the team already is

Direct messages

Person to person, with presence and read status.

  • DMs, attachments, reactions, mark as unread
  • My notes — messages and files just for you

Agents

AI in the same place as human conversation.

  • DM with Agent Lyra in the sidebar
  • The human replies; the agent returns context in the channel

Notifications

Operational inbox — CRM and systems in Flow.

  • Cards with title, body, and “Open” link
  • Sales opens the deal in CRM without hunting for email

Calls

Voice and video in DM, when text is not enough.

  • 1:1 call between people
  • Answer, hang up, online/offline presence

In the conversation

What the team already uses day to day.

  • Attachments, GIFs, and stickers
  • Real time, unread, Maestro Apps in the launcher

Inbox

The alert arrives where the team already is

CRM, A3Labs, and other systems post in Flow. The card points to the deal, the channel, or the agent. Visible work — without fragmenting across ten tools.

  • Notification with link to CRM
  • Agent in the channel and in DM
  • Webhook for the system the operation already uses

Connected to the operation

Where Flow receives from and where it points

Inbox and webhooks in the same team chat. No invented collaboration suite — what FlowTalk already does.

  • CRM Inbox and deal link
  • Agents Lyra DM
  • Webhook System in the channel
  • Maestro Apps Launcher in Flow
  • Call 1:1 voice and video
  • Attachments File in the conversation
  • PWA App and badge
  • Desktop Native notification

On the platform

Coordination — not the whole solution

Operations is the process. Flow is where the team and AI meet. CRM sends the deal; Agents enter the DM; Maestro and Aslam stay in their places.

Frequently asked questions

What Flow does — without selling a generic chat clone.

That is not the promise. Flow is the internal chat of the A3Labs operation: channels, DMs, agents, and systems inbox. Whoever already has Slack can keep it; the value is people and AI in the same operations flow.

No. Workspace tasks stay in Maestro. Flow brings the alert, the conversation, and the link — for example to the card in CRM.

In the Agents sidebar: DM with Lyra. Systems also post in the channel via webhook. The human replies in the same place.

Operations is the process (routines, systems, exception). Flow is the tool where the team sees what happened and talks to whoever (or whichever agent) needs to decide.

We start by understanding your process — not by pushing a product. We map the opportunity, define the V1 and show where humans, Assistants and Agents should act.
