The CRM where sales runs the real funnel.

Kanban with implementation and subscription, four pipelines, a card with conversation and Specialist. Relationship and revenue in the same system as the Agents — not a generic CRM bolted on later.

Sales solution

What is in the CRM

The same modules the team opens every day

Real Maestro CRM menu: overview, pipelines, records, analysis, and management. No invented marketing suite — what is in the product.

Overview

Operational home, not a vanity dashboard.

  • Home — upcoming tasks, your opportunities, recent activity
  • Tasks — list and calendar, linked to deal, lead, or company

Pipeline

Four Kanbans tied to the B2B cycle.

  • Opportunities — columns with SLA, won/lost, implementation + monthly
  • Partners — qualification until they enter the catalog
  • Scopes — mirrored cards for pricing
  • Subscriptions — from won to signed, in the same deal

Records

The base the Agent and sales share.

  • Leads and companies — duplicate merge, source, teams, LinkedIn, ABM
  • Bulk import — Company + Lead + opportunity spreadsheet
  • Proposals — catalog by team, version, public link
  • Segments, tags, sources, and loss reasons

Analysis

The funnel measured, not just the Kanban.

  • KPI — active, proposal, won/lost, win rate
  • Trend and team report
  • ABM map — targets, connections, points per interaction

Management

The CRM adapts to the process, not the other way around.

  • Employees, teams, and columns (SLA, color, triggers Scopes/Subscriptions)
  • External API — landing creates company + lead + opportunity with UTM
  • Integrations — email (Gmail/Outlook), Mailchimp, Meeting

On the card

Sales opens a deal and sees the channel.

  • Tabs: Information, Proposals, Tasks, Leads, Linked, ABM
  • Conversation — A3Labs timeline (WhatsApp, chat, Telegram, SMS)
  • Specialist — briefing, insights, and deal watchpoints
  • Typed history: note, call, email, meeting, attachment

Opportunity card

Everything the deal needs — without asking for context again

Values, source, UTMs, history, and the Agent conversation on the same card. The Specialist summarizes. The proposal comes from the catalog. The human closes.

  • Landing and WhatsApp create the record
  • Handoff with Conversation + briefing

Connected technologies

Channels and tools the CRM already speaks

Email in the deal history, A3Labs conversation on the card, Mailchimp in contacts. The Agent logs; sales sees it in the same place.

  • Outlook Email in history
  • Gmail Email in history
  • Mailchimp Contacts and tags
  • WhatsApp Conversation tab
  • Telegram Conversation tab
  • SMS Conversation tab
  • Chat Conversation tab
  • Meeting Summary on the deal

On the platform

Tool for the operation — not the whole solution

Sales is the process (qualify, follow up, log). The CRM is where that lives. Agents log the channel; Aslam comes in when the deal needs company knowledge.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What the CRM does — and what we do not promise.

Not necessarily. It is the CRM of the A3Labs operation. In many designs it enters commercial V1; in others the current CRM stays and we integrate what the process requires.

Yes. The API creates company, lead, and opportunity (with UTM). The Conversation tab shows the A3Labs timeline on the card.

Sales is the solution (the process). This page is the tooling: screens, modules, and the card sales uses. Both combine in the same design.

Next step

Which process in your company should work better with AI?

We start by understanding your process — not by pushing a product. We map the opportunity, define the V1 and show where humans, Assistants and Agents should act.
